Korean food near Gwanghwamun: bossam and kimchi-jjim at Jonggak
After a meeting or a walk at Gwanghwamun, people look for Korean food. Jonggak is the practical next stop.
Jongno Dodam is at 78 Sambong-ro, Jongno-gu. About a five-minute walk from Jonggak Station Exit 2 (250 m). From Gwanghwamun Square, Cheonggye Plaza sits on the way toward Jonggak.
We serve Jongno bossam, kimchi-jjim, and buchu-jeon. Evening guests usually take a shared table. Weekday lunch is the kimchi-jjim set.
On weekday lunch, 11:00–14:00, rice and self-serve makgeolli are included. The table for two is small Jongno bossam, buchu-jeon, and one drink.
